Review
Celtic easily brushed first division Hearts aside in this semi final at Hampden. Opportunist goals by strikers Craig and McCluskey give Celtic a deserved win and a place in the final against Rangers on March 18th. Latchford also made a great save from Robertson in the first half and this was Hearts' only chance. George McCluskey set up Craig for the first goal and then latched onto a short pass back to score the second.
Due to injuries John Dowie was forced into playing at left back in an emergency and did well. Dowie is rumoured to be shortly joining Bobby Lennox on his way to Houston Hurricanes in the USA.
