Trivia
- Glasgow Cup Final
- James Moir: A great return going into the first team was ended against Rangers at Ibrox in the Glasgow Cup final of 1901. His knee was so seriously damaged he had to take it down to Manchester to consult Celtic shareholder and osteopath Dr Allison ('Daddy') at his famous clinic on Hyde Rd.
- Played At Ibrox.
- Rangers were awarded cup after Celtic refused to replay at Ibrox requesting a change of venue.
Review
A curious case with the Glasgow FA 100% to blame, for apparently Rangers would have been happy to go to Celtic Park, if that had been the decision. One of the very few times at this time in history that Celtic and Rangers "fell out". Normally a very cosy relationship.
