Review
Both clubs played their strongest team, and the game was lively. In the first half Kelly, of the Celtic, was hurt, but another player came on. Walton scored for the Rovers. After the interval Dowds equalised for the Celtic. The game became rough and most exciting, each goal being visited in turn, but the game ended :- Rovers 1; Celtic 1.
