Review
A hard, unpleasant game on difficult surface after cartloads of snow had been removed from the pitch. Huge, packed crowd which threatened to turn nasty some times.
Celtic finished the game with 7 fit men – Hamilton off injured all second half, Loney injured but played on, Mitchell injured just after St Mirren went ahead and Sunny Jim sent off for "allowing his tongue to wag to freely" to complain about Mitchell's injury.
Often trouble when Celtic visited Love Street, and this was the first defeat since September. Still clear at top of the League though.
