NO CHANGE
As Celtic, Rangers and Morton all proved successful there were no alterations in the relative positions of the placed clubs, and the success of the leaders at Airdrie made more certain their retention of a title which has become practically a monopoly. A couple of goals scored early in the game placed the issue beyond doubt. The point taken subsequently by Yarnall averted a debacle, and if the winners were the likelier to do further damage they were on the whole just one goal the better side.
