Trivia
- Worth recoding in that it gives a picture of the Celtic teams availabvle and the players contracted.
- Missing from the list of contracted players was: John Colrain – who may have been in the process of leaving; John Divers – was unfit and training having arrived back late; Bertie Auld – also may have been on the back list of those leaving; and youths Frank Connor, S. Lynch (right back), R. Reilly (left back), and a number of other youths that never saw a first team (Pat McDonach, Willie Goldie, Pat McLaren, John Grant, Sammy Henderson) game as well as some part-timers who had seen a game but had drifted out of reckoning and into the reserves (Mike Jackson, Roy Paton, Ian Lochhead, Tommy Mackle).
Review
