Review
Celtic dominated the tie led expertly by Bertie Peacock, the only Celtic player on the field that Celtic had paid a transfer fee for. Celtic were 3 up at half time. Thirds defense was too busy defending an industrious and willing Celtic forward line and when their forwards did get the ball they were wasteful. Third Lanark only came to life in the second half. Gray hit the bar on 51 minutes and scored after a well worked move just before the end. Kennedy and Jackson both had good games for Celtic.
