Review
Dundee United's goal came when Mochan danced through a group of players and unleashed a 20 yarder which Haffey palmed out only to see Ormond latch onto the replay and score. This was after Celtic had had the better of the opening. With just eight minutes remaining Gallacher sent over a cross that the United defense left and GHughes headed home an equaliser.
Once more the team was wasteful in front of goal with Fernie and Chalmers working good openings but shots going astray.
