Review
A fight back by Celtic after the poor performance against Falkirk. John Hughes fought for every ball at centre forward and got the first goal with a cheeky back header from a free kick. They then applied a killer punch with two goals just before half time, Jackson getting the first and Hughes a second with a fine solo goal. After the interval things were quieter and first Carroll then Jackson added two further goals. The defense slipped up in the last minute and allowed Smith in for a consolation goal for Thistle.
