Review
Celtic win with a simple goal when McNeill heads on a Johnstone corner to Lennox who hooked the ball in from close range.
Morton man-marked tightly and on a tight ground the match barely got out of fizzle level.Kenny Dalglish up front and Danny McGrain and George Connelly won the plaudits on the Celtic side. For Morton their 17 year-old centre half George Anderson won a lot of praise.
