Review
Macari, Dalglish and Hood are a devastating front three. Macari was a constant threat, always on the move and looking for an opportunity.
Bobby Lennox finished off a great move by Dalglish and Macari for the first goal. Recently departed John Clark then deflected a Macari shot past his keeper to put the Bhoys 2 up at half time. Thoirup pulled one back but Harry Hood restored the advantage a minute later.
