Review
Celtic lost the top of the League with this defeat with Hibernian and Aberdeen going above them.
Johnstone looked capable of winning the game on his own but tended to over do things and wasted his final ball. St Johnstone scored on 32 minutes when Connolly took a Pearson pass to beat Evan Williams. Celtic fought back but were wasteful in front of goal. Both sides had goals disallowed.
Macari and Wallace missed chances they would normally score late in the game.
