Review
Celtic fielded several new players, Hunter, Lynch, McLaughlin and Murray impressed but it's felt that the team still requires tweaking.
In fact, Arbroath gave the Bhoys a bit of a scare at the end despite going in 2-0 up at half time with goals from Lennox and Lynch. Arbroath had had chances in the first half which they had failed to take. With 6 minutes to go Butler, on as a sub, pulled one back for the Lichties and the final 6 minutes were tight.
Bobby Lennox is on top form and looks as energetic than ever. Deans subbed Hood in the second half when Hood damaged a hand.
In the other game in the Group Rangers beat Falkirk 3-1
