Celtic fans could not believe they lost this game.
In the first half Celtic had played some superb football with their ball players Johnstone, McLaughlin and Dalgllish in top form, creating chance after chance..
However a mixture of bad luck, bad finishing and bad refereeing kept Rangers in the game. Celtic had a goal disallowed and had two good penalty appeals turned down.
After half time Rangers equalised with an excellent MacDonald volley and when they made two other chances they made sure they accepted them.
Even at 3-1 down with 10 men Celtic never gave up and continued to attack.
