Review
An academic victory for Celtic. Paul Wilson is Celts' star man with a wonderful performance.
There was no mercy from Celtic with Dalglish heading the opener from a Paul Wilson cross. Wilson himself got the second. Lawson pulled a goal back for the 'Binos before Harry Hood chipped in with a double, both goals made by Dixie, to make the score 4-1 at half time. Steve Murray, who worked tirelessly in midfield got a fifth from a Deans cutback and then headed home a Davie Hay cross for a comprehensive win.
Billy McNeill was subbed with a back injury.
