Review
Dull end of season game sees Danny McGrain having the misfortune to score an own goal.
Paul Wilson scored after five minutes as Celtic started brightly. Then controversy as Baines took a high ball from Connelly with his feet over the line. Deans shoulder charged him and nipped the ball in when he dropped it. Result: foul on the keeper. As Wilson faded and the Morton defense began to cope better and Celtic failed to string passes together the game lost it's edge.
The rest of the game following Danny McGrain's own goal failed to light up and the draw was played out.
