Review
This was Celtic's first league win of the season. They started brightly but faded later and the fans make their feelings clear at the end that these recent performances are unnacceptable. Whilst a portion of the crowd struck up with 'what a load of rubbish' they were soon drowned out by a larger proportion who continued to exhort the team to better. Truthfully though, this was a pretty inept performance and well below the standards that had come to be accepted. Even the great McGrain was below form and the team has lost confidence.
The end of the month found Celtic in their worst position in the League for many a season with 3 points from a possible 12.
