Review
New Celts Davie Provan and Murdo MacLeod score two spectacular goals but the old failings in defence cost Celtic again in a wonderfully entertaining game.
Hutchinson scored first for Hibs when Edvaldsson and Baines got in a mix up over the ball and the Hibbee stole in.
Provan equalised with another powerful drive after wonderful control from McCluskey set him clear on the right.
MacLeod's goal came when Duncan handled in the area but Celtic were only awarded a corner. From the corner the ball was cleared but MacLeod battered in a shot from the edge of the area.
But Ralph Callachan equalised late on with another thunderbolt shot.
Filippi was injured and subbed by Jim Casey.
Roy Aitken's performance drew comparisons with Bobby Evans and if the young players like Provan, McCluskey, MacLeod and Aitken can improve together then the feeling is this Celtic side will be some team in the future.
