Review
Unusual little and large partnership of Lennox and Edvaldsson on top form. Hibs now a shadow of the great Turnbull side of the Stanton era.
Hibs are a side doomed for relegation and even George Best will do well to save them.
But it was really Davie Provan who was the star of the show with his expert running and crosiing he proved a real handful to the Hibs defense.
The first goal came after good work from Dom Sullivan who beat his man and fired in a cross which Edvaldsson headed on for Lennox to finish. Hibs hadf no answer to the pace and strength of the Celtic attack and midfield. Edvaldsson got the second before half time when he headed home another Sullivan cross.
The dominance continued in the second half and a third duly arrived when Edvaldsson followed up a parried shot from Lennox.
