Review
Alan Rough again defied Celtic and not for the first time. He made a fine save from MacLeod's second half penalty but Murdo made amends by scoring a great volley from a corner. Celtic lost concentration when Melrose scored in the last minute with a back post header.
The game was played in heavy rain and a mud bath pitch and both sides were a credit for playing open football.
