Review
Another excellent performance from the Bhoys.
Every one to a man played their part in what was a more convincing win than the score line suggests.
Kayal just seems to get even better with every game, and Ledley is stepping it up as well now.
Brown superb again, and forming a great partnership down the right akin to Jackie and Donnelly in 98.
Hooper excellent once again too, and could have had a hat trick.
Ignoring his kicking of the ground, of course. His goal should have stood, and with what should have been a free kick for Freddie right at the end (the decision rather than the award irrelevant of time), then that linesman is a scumbag.
Also seems Celtic once again are the only team to have players booked for leaving the pitch to celebrate a goal.
United had a wee spell in the second half that last about 3 attacks, and other than that were well beaten. GIRUY Houston. Can't wait to hear the crap you come out with this week.
Well done again to Neil Lennon, Johan Mjallby and Alan Thompson , and of course Gary Parker.
We just seem to be quite a close knit team all teh way through now.
Lets hope we continue the good form and bury the huns next week.

Celtic ease past Dundee United to restore five-point lead at the topGuardian
Ewan Murray at Tannadice Park
On Celtic's previous visit to Tannadice, an away win was overshadowed by serious controversy involving the match officials. This time the Celtic camp even admitted to a debt of gratitude to the referee. Given the spats between the club and officialdom this season, that was a notable moment.
The meeting of these two teams in October will be forever infamous after a penalty was awarded to Celtic and the decision reversed, with the circumstances the subject of a lie by match officials.
Four months on and, notwithstanding a sticky period in the middle of the second half, Neil Lennon's men were fully worth their victory.
There was only a tinge of post-match debate about a refereeing matter. Celtic's full-back Mark Wilson did not receive the second yellow card that a tackle on Craig Conway merited. "I was fortunate," Wilson said. "It was a bad tackle and I thank the referee for not giving me a second yellow. I was pretty lucky." Lennon agreed: "He could quite easily have been sent off," said Celtic's manager. "He was probably fortunate to stay on the pitch."
Wilson's fortune is significant. News emanated that his fellow Celtic right-back Cha Du-ri could miss the remainder of the season with an ankle injury, meaning Lennon would have had a major problem in that position for next weekend's Old Firm derby if Wilson had been suspended.
As if to emphasise an apparent general sense of goodwill, the Dundee United manager, Peter Houston, simply claimed football is littered with too many red cards and that Celtic deserved their win.
That success was all but secure by the interval. Anthony Stokes and Wilson, both with the aid of meaningful deflections, gave Celtic a two-goal lead. Only desperate defending thwarted attempts by Stokes and Joe Ledley to claim a third.
United rallied after the break, with David Goodwillie handing them a lifeline from close range after Conway's free-kick was poorly defended. However, the centre-half Daniel Majstorovic steadied Celtic nerves with a fine diving header from Charlie Mulgrew's set play.
Freddie Ljungberg was handed a 10-minute cameo by Lennon and Gary Hooper comically fell over the ball when two yards from the United goal. That episode proved irrelevant, with Celtic five points ahead of Rangers – who hold two games in hand – before the old adversaries meet at Parkhead next Sunday.

Celtic restored their five-point lead in the Scottish Premier League after ending Dundee United's 11-game unbeaten run with a display of power and poise.
The visitors broke the deadlock when Anthony Stokes' low drive deflected in off the heel of hapless Garry Kenneth.
That came on 16 minutes and, after another 20, it was Shaun Dillon's turn to deflect in a Mark Wilson shot.
David Goodwillie swept in United's reply after 64 minutes, but Daniel Majstorovic headed in 15 minutes later.
Both managers had expressed their surprise that the game was given the go-ahead after three pitch inspections, with United's Peter Houston suggesting that pressure had been put on referee Mike Tumilty because of the SPL's fixture backlog.
United swapped midfielder for striker, with Morgaro Gomis coming in for the suspended Jon Daly, while it was the opposite for Celtic, with Stokes replacing the rested Ki Sung-Yeung in the starting line-up.
And the game started in positive fashion, with United's Craig Conway and Celtic's Kris Commons prominent as both sides probed for openings and looked to exploit the wide areas.
United's Prince Buaben should have done better than slice well over from 12 yards.
Celtic were slightly edging an exciting game thanks to their greater composure, but it was a stroke of fortune that led to the opening goal.
Joe Ledley sent Stokes galloping towards the United area and the striker's shot deflected off Kenneth's heel and deceived Pernis on its way between the goalkeeper and the near post.
Scott Robertson picked up the loose ball, but the United midfielder's attempted chip over Fraser Forster was saved on the line by the goalkeeper.
Celtic, though, were looking the more dangerous side, although they got the rub of the green again when extending their lead.
Wilson combined with Scott Brown down the right and, when the midfielder found the right-back 15 yards from goal, the low prodded effort deflected off Dillon and into the net.
Ledley and Stokes both had efforts blocked in an almighty scramble within the United area as the home side desperately tried to stay in the game before half-time.
United had a chance to reduce the deficit when Goodwillie wriggled clear of his markers but drove the ball across the face of goal from a difficult angle.
Majstorovic ought to have given Celtic more breathing space shortly after the break when the tallest man in the Celtic team was somehow left unmarked but headed powerfully wide following a corner.
However, United worked their way into the game against a flagging Celtic side and, when Forster could only block on the line after a Conway free-kick was deflected towards goal off two visiting players, Goodwillie swept it low into the near corner from 10 yards.
A poor pass-back from Dillon presented Hooper with a chance, but the Celtic striker's bundled shot came back off the face of the far post.
United continued to press, but Celtic killed off their challenge when Majstorovic dived low to fire into the near corner of the net from Mulgrew's free-kick to the front post.
The game ended in comical fashion when Hooper rounded goalkeeper Pernis but stubbed his toe and fell flat on his face as he tried to score seconds before having another effort chalked off after a questionable offside decision.
