Dull weather and poor game against what was virtually Thistle’s reserve team, because Thistle were keeping their first team for the Glasgow Cup semi final on Wednesday.
Anyhow, Celtic gain some comeback after the Glasgow Cup defeats earlier in the month, whereafter a 3-3 draw on 2nd September, Partick Thistle defeated Celtic 3-0 in the replay a week later on 9th September.
