Details
Based in the United States, "Beyond The Waves" is a post game call-in show broadcasting weekly on Spreaker.com to discuss Celtic FC, from an overseas point of view.
The podcast began in 2011, and follows on from the successful podcasts such as TheLostBhoys.
It is typically broadcast a couple hours after each game and it gives folks an alternative to the usual pish thats spouted off from BBC Scotland and Radio Clyde. This gives the support an opportunity to have our voices heard without censorship, being talked over or talked down to.
The main show consists of 4 American presenters:
Graham
@grahamdwilson on twitter
The Rev
@RevHooliganGSS
The Coach
@seamusmag
Seamus Cummins (of ICeltic.net and the ICeltic app)
@Iceltic or @seamuscummins
They talk about the game that's just been played and the latest news that's been flying about the Celtic universe. They also take live calls via Skype (add us as a contact at BeyondtheWaves and call us). It's an American perspective to be sure but you may be surprised by the level of knowledge theyy have about Celtic and football in general. They love Celtic as much as anybody and just want to make sure that in the current setting where our voices so often are not heard or tolerated, that we have an outlet to raise our concerns, opinions and views.
Check them out and if you like what you hear, spread the word. They have joined together with the Lostbhoys and Homebhoys to form Hail Hail Media where you can find the latest Lostbhoys podcasts as well as listen in live to the Homebhoys shows every Monday night at 7pm.

Review
"Beyond The Waves" is a very dedicated internet call-in show focussing on Celtic. Never sits on the fence, it has a very definite focus to take any event of the day and give it a thorough examination. The comperes of the show are based in the US, and even thought they have clear US accents, they are no less devoted to Celtic and the support than any of the fans in the UK & Ireland.
Humourous, argumentative and strongly opinionated they have helped to created a new outlet (along with the Homebhoys) to give fans the opportunity to call in and use these shows rather than the barrell-scraping nonsense that the Radio Clyde shows have become.
Don't get the wrong impression. Despite the strong views they hold, they are well informed and argue quite intelligently (generally), and it is a joy to listen to (they are not blowhards). It's not too hard to raise the bar compared to Radio Clyde & Radio 5 Live phone-ins, but the "Beyond The Waves" guys don't care and don't use them as a benchmark in any case.
Highly recommended from this reviewer, and another marvellous addition to the Celtic internet community.
