Collectables – Cigarettes

Background:

After Celtic won the European Cup in 1967 a certain Hal Stewart at the time Chairman of Greenock Morton and Businessman launched a Cigarette called “Celtic” which came in a green and white packet of course in the hoops style, these Cigarettes were sold to the public through the Co – operative Shops and Stores and small Supermarkets, they were not the success that Mr Stewart thought they were going to be and after about 6 to 9 months they were no longer produced.
