Eastwood Cemetery
Sadly this the gap between these two stones looks to be the final resting place of Alex and his wife. It took me a while to figure out the stones, sections and lairs but I triple checked and I could only come to the conclusion that this is it.
Oddly there doesn’t appear to have been any foundations for a stone. The graveyard seems to be fairly well kept but has clearly had some vandalism in its time. It would be good if someone else could make the same trip and double check my workings. it is located in the new one. There were no section maps but fortunately I met a women walking her dog and she said old Eastwood has section A to D and the new one has E onwards, think it goes up to K and she pointed me in the right direction.
