Appointed to the board as a non-executive director in Jan 2005, lives in Camberley, Surrey. He is Managing Director of T-Mobile UK. He has more than 25 years experience in the IT industry having begun his career with Xerox in 1977 and subsequently worked at IBM, Madge Networks, Lucent and Dell Computers where he was Vice President, Northern Europe.
