The early 1990's witnessed an ever growing resentment towards the mismanagement of the club by the increasingly out of touch White/Kelly board.
Criticism was widespread and the fanzine movement were typically inventive in their often fierce yet deserved criticism of the board.
The 'Once A Tim' fanzine was hugely critical of the regime and frequently featured a cartoon/comic strip depicting the misadventures of 'The Board Stiffs'.
