Biog
Midfielder from Plains, near Airdrie signed from Hearts' youth team in the summer of 1996 after showing up well on trial. The Edinburgh outfit had sourced a schoolboy Queen from Yett Farm Boys Club some four years earlier but had decided to let him go at eighteen following two seasons as a professional.
Played across the Youth and Reserve teams in 1996/97 but suffered an injury in March and left the club at the end of the season.
At this juncture he is believed to have given up the game and turned his hand to other avenues.
