An ammendment was later made to Peter's original Death Certificate which altered both the cause and place of death originally stated.

Celtic Graves Society commemoration.
On Saturday 7th April 2018, the Celtic Graves Society held a commemoration for Peter with a fully refurbished headstone. As you can see by the before pictures above, and the after pictures below, Danny Rooney memorials do a fine job for the Society.
Speakers were Peter McLeish, Historian of Hamilton Academical, and David potter the author and Celtic Historian.
Flowers were laid on behalf of the Celtic Graves Society by John "The Scarf" Lennon of the North American Federation of Celtic Supporters Clubs.
