Ref: Walfrid Restaurant in Celtic Park
Overview
Some always found that a very uneasy one, naming a fine dining restaurant at the club after Br Walfrid who worked for the poor tables! Not something that man would argue is exactly an appropriate usage of his name.
This writer ate there once around 1998/99, food was very nice and so was the service, but the choice of name was likely not the correct one.
