Celtic Career Review
Never played a competitive match for Celtic after joining in December 1983 from Preston Athletic. Moved to Hibs on 12 April 1986 but appears to have left that summer.

Hi – I saw you were looking for info about missing reserve/youth players.
John Wilson the goalkeeper from Edinburgh left football and joined the police after leaving Celtic. He joined Lothian and Borders police, and was based in Linlithgow for a while. He was also in the firearms team.
A wee spot of football trivia about him: as a schoolboy at Tynecastle high school, their team had 2 goalkeepers in the same year – John Wilson who signed for Celtic, and Andy Bruce who signed for the now defunct Rangers FC.
